Brazil Tax Brief is an English-language editorial publication produced byScholante Advocacia e Consultoria, a Brazilian tax and customs practice. References to "we", "us" or "Brazil Tax Brief" in this policy refer to Scholante.

What data we collect and why

Newsletter subscription. When you subscribe to the Brazil Tax Brief newsletter, we collect your email address and a timestamp of your subscription. We use this data solely to send you the newsletter you requested. The legal basis for this processing is your explicit, freely given consent (LGPD Art. 7, VI; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information or any other personal data through the newsletter form.

How we store and protect your data

We do not sell, rent or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How to unsubscribe
